1. Compressed air machines produce air and store it in tanks.
2. Compressed air is filtered through a filter valve to remove impurities and dust.
3. The air passes through a drying machine that uses refrigeration technology to separate moisture from the air.
4. Air enters the adsorption tower for nitrogen separation, eliminating other gases.
5. After separation, the nitrogen enters another adsorption tower for further purification to meet high purity requirements.
6. Nitrogen enters the low-temperature condensation device for low-temperature and liquefaction, converting nitrogen into liquid nitrogen.
7. Store the completed liquid nitrogen in a low-temperature storage tank, and the liquid nitrogen manufacturing process ends here.
